Newville Historical Society Membership

Membership in the Newville Historical Society is open to anyone who has an interest in preserving and promoting the history of Newville and the Big Spring area.

 Membership Categories:

Individual Membership: $15.00/year            

Family Membership: $25.00/year (includes dependent children aged 18 and unde



All memberships include:
  • The NHS newsletter, published digitally or in-print quarterly
  • Access to the NHS genealogical holdings and other research materials
  • Advanced notice of upcoming presentations and events
  • Special member pricing on select NHS events
All memberships help NHS to:
  • Keep the museum free and open to the community
  • Accumulate, catalog and preserve the historical documents, photographs, and artifacts
  • Provide opportunity for research assistance and related services
  • Maintain and improve exhibits
  • Host free or low-cost community center events
  • Support outreach and community engagement with history and storytelling
