SAVE THE BRIDGE!
Our double hump Big Spring Turnpike Bridge is in danger of being torn down. This historic stone bridge has been around since 1872. If you want to be on the team to save this bridge, please reach out to us. Right now, PennDOT has this bridge slated for demolition in 2028.

Save the Borough Building
The NHS was asked "What do we do with the old borough building". This beautiful building originally housed the fire department, police and borough offices. We recommended rehabilitation of the building with grants and moving the police back into the wonderful historical brick structure. The NHS will work with the EDA to make this happen.
